I always thought QB was not for manufacturing due
to the need to combine raw materials into finished 
products. However, there will soon be a program 
that handles such problems and interfaces with QB.

 In fact, after initially posting this I found out that several
other programs, from a second source, will be out soon.

It will be good to have an effective program to do the manufacturing
accounting.  Cost, of course, is a consideration.  In the meanwhile, we, and
many others, are working around the problem quite successfully.  If you are
