Which forms do you need. I have TaxAct Deluxe and it has Schedule C, Schedule SE, Form 4562, including Section 179 expenses, plus forms for SEP and Simple retirement plans. Those are the only small business forms I used before I incorporated last year. I am using both TaxAct and TaxCut this year in place of TurboTax. (I purchased both so I could determine which I liked the best.) So far, the only limitation I have found is that TaxAct does not have Form 8801 while TaxCut does. I have an unusual situation this year which may require a carryover to Form 8801 next year, so I will use TaxCut for my 2002 taxes. I completed my son's simpler tax return with TaxAct Federal and NY State. -- Vic Roberts http://www.RobertsResearchInc.com

It has all the forms for small business, whether you file as Sole Proprietor, Corporation, S-Corp, or whatever. It also produces W2. It does more than TurboTax, for half the price, and has a "family license." Essentially, you are permitted to install it on all the computers you own.
