Need to import most everything from a Simply Accounting file into
Quickbooks. At this time I see that the Simply Accounting import does not
give things like Transactions.

Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction if someone has
created the required conversion software.

I am currently looking at exporting Simply using the Access 97 export. Then
creating an .IIF file for Quickbooks to import, but this looks like a very
complicated affair.
