I have to wonder why you consider it of particular value to complain
vigorously "in this forum," seeing as how it doesn't contain (other
than possibly Mr Block) any Intuit decision-makers.

This and other forums are being monitored
by Intuit teams looking for C-Dill related
hardware and program conflicts. They often
contact users directly about this. I also 
got them to quickly contact three posters
last night.
