Does anybody know what API can I use to monitor the destination port TCP packet out/in of my computer? Furthermore, is it possible that write a program which can alter the destination port of a packet before the packet is sent out or process by application? Is there any sample code of this kind of function?(in VC or VB), thanks a lot.......
