Hello. Could anyone currently using Direct Connect in their mailroom with other Pitney software give me some advice? I am considering adding on to our current system. I am especially interested in talking to someone who is using Streamweaver and/or Dialogue software. I would like to know how cost effective you found these products and how easy they were to incorporate into your mailroom system. My understanding is that these products are designed to integrate easily and require little staff training, but I would like to find some actual customers and get some real feedback. Could you please post your experiences/recommendations? Thank you!

Regenerates any damaged pieces in real-time, and is especially effective in combination with Siteview management, as well as the Reunion address verification software. Basically, any software-enhanced mail system you get from Pitney Bowes is designed in components, so it is easy to integrate new features, and not a hassle if you choose to upgrade any of your machines. I would highly recommend a demo. I know that they did some very useful presentations at Xplor last year. I won't be able to attend this year, but if you are interested, the website is http://www.xlor.org. Hope that helps, Hae-lee
