	Actually, its syncing the Palm Desktop Address Book with the Palm
Address Book.  It doesn't touch the Outlook Express Address Book.  That's
why there are no errors.  There is no conduit available that I know of 
that syncs the Outlook Express address book to the Palm (Outlook, yes,
but Outlook Express, no).

	The only way to do it is manually: export the addresses from your
OE address book as a .csv file, then import it into the Palm Desktop
Address Book.   Ugly, but it works (with some massaging of the data).
