Programmer/Analysts

Reports To:	Project Manager
Requirements:	mpct Solutions is a provider of International Wholesale
Banking solutions to some of the major financial institutions around the
world.  Our Atlas product runs on a TANDEM system and is primarily written
in TAL.
		We have several opportunities within our product development group for
programmer/analysts.  Ideally you will have at least 3 years experience in
a TANDEM environment using TAL; knowledge of  Pathway, 'C', TACL,  and SQL
would be an advantage.  A financial or banking based background would also
be a plus.
		You must be self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as
within a team concept.  Limited international travel may be required.

Salary Range:	$50 - 80k per year, full benefits

SUMMARY

mpct has assembled a comprehensive flexible compensation program allowing

VACATION
Vacation is accrued on a calendar year basis.  mpct employees are entitled
to 22 vacation days during the calendar year, of which a maximum of five
days can be carried over from one year to the next.   All vacation time is
prorated during the first and last year of employment.

Two floating holidays selected by mpct at the beginning of each year.	

SABBATICAL
mpct offers a four week sabbatical after four years of continuous service. 
A sabbatical may be taken in the succeeding four years based on the mutual
agreement of mpct and the employee.  A sabbatical is to be used as a period
to fine-tune one's business, creative, and communication skills.  It is
left up to the employee to determine how best to accomplish these goals. 
Sabbaticals are not accrued nor paid after termination.  Sabbaticals can be
taken in no less than two consecutive weeks.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
mpct's success depends on each of its employees realizing his/her full
personal and professional potential.  To help achieve this goal, mpct will
reimburse 75% of college course tuition and text book costs upon
satisfactory completion of the course (a grade of C or better).  Courses
must be career related and you should obtain prior approval from your
manager, vice president, and Employee Services.
