Delete both the winstartup.exe file it puts in the
Windows folder and the shortcut to it in the Startup
folder.  Edit/disable/delete the Email signatures and
reset your home page and search engine settings in
the browser.  Oh, and there are some bookmarks to
remove too -- I'm sure you'll find them if that's
important to you.
