Maybe he thinks he can get away with it? Why not ? He's been caught using all kinds of dirty tricks to push his low rent crapware in the past, but that hasn't slowed him down ... he's still just as unethical as he's always been. Even though Netiv is well known for using trickery, deceit, snake oil, and outright lies to promote himself and his product, I originally doubted that he was behind the invircibullshit spam. I've since changed my mind. Netiv can cry "revenge attack" and wail "Rod Fewster is trying to destroy my business" until he goes blue in the face and dies of apoplexy (which I hope he does real soon) ... but the fact is that Netiv is the only person in the world who stands to make money from this spam, and he's been milking thousands of dollars worth of free publicity from it every day for a week.
