Could be a false alarm.

To be on the safe side, you can download InVircible, install it and reboot
from the infected drive. If there is a boot infector then IV will indicate
this fact, prompt for confirmation to remove the vilain, and reboot the hard
drive clean.

If you really have Parity then after cleaning the hard drive, process your
floppies with FixBoot, also contained in the IV package.
