Why does my computer crash and I get, "a fatal exception OE has occurred.  
I am running windows 95 B version osr2 fat32.  What is the problem....I'm 
not doing anything weird.  The first time this happened I was using 
Anawave Gravity news reader and the second time I was reading my email.  
Do I need to contact my computer techician or can someone give me some 
good advice.
