We are a small ISP in New Zealand. We are currently investigating mirroring
our clients web sites. in another country. can any one suggest a service to
use.

Freshmeat (www.freshmeat.net) and Linuxberg (www.linuxberg.com) have some
decent ones.  They are hard to configure though, and don't work well if
you don't configure them right.
