ABSTRACT:
In this presentation, Ann will describe strategic financial planning
techniques that you can use to find money you don't even know you have. A
discussion of business entities (C-Corporations, S-Corporations, LLC's, Sole
Proprietorships) and the effect that entity selection has on Compensation
and Executive Benefits will include ideas for streamlining this structure to
create financial efficiencies that will put money in your pocket. Ann will
also explore tax, saving, investment, and qualified retirement plans as
tools for creating greater wealth to meet your own financial needs. Ann
will look at how your business can most effectively meet your long-term
retirement goals so you don't have to "work for ever." The seminar promises
to be full of ideas and information for improving your financial life.
This new presentation is a must-see for the new year. One member learned
enough to save them $10K when Ann presented last May in San Francisco.
Another called it the best ICCA SFBA presentation ever! Come out and
support a fellow ICCA SFBA member as well as your own business!
We'll also include an informal round-table discussion on accounting/tax
issues and concerns for independent consultants (including planning
strategies for 2003-2004). Topics to be touched on: new personal 401Ks, SEP
plan increases, W2 status as it effects ICCA membership, and more... The
floor will be open to any topics that the group wishes to discuss.
In the current market, it's a good idea to keep connected with each other.
ICCA SFBA is an excellent place to meet and talk with new, aspiring, and
seasoned consultants representing diverse areas of the tech industry.
Register now and make those connections happen!
