The only requirement to be an Associate Expert was to send an email
to a particular address several months ago in response to a published
request for membership. The Associate Expert programme is a 
marketing programme and does not imply technical expertise only that 
they paid for a preview copy of XP that allowed them to join this club.
Complain about this inappropiate use of our newsgroups, on par with 
spamming,  to the Associate Expert programme co-ordinator at 
mailto:a-thynes@microsoft.com .
