Hie there,

                I got a problem here, Recently I installed a network card
into my computer but then I found that my modem is no longer recognized. Can
someone help me, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease ? Also the hardware was
given to me without any driver. When I tried to install a driver from WIN95
cd-rom, there seems to be a conflict. Any idea what I should do ?

is your modem internal? it could be an interupt conflict. check this with
your device manager.
if not
uninstall both the modem and network card and then reboot to get the"new
devices found" dialogs, and go from there.
