I have a second hand Tandy 1400 HD, with no manual, but have a copy of
MS-DOS 3.30. It works fine except I can't access the hard drive. The hard
drive LED repeatedly blinks twice, waits a moment, then repeats. I've
checked all the cables connecters and they seem OK.

1) Is a driver needed to access the drive?
or
2) Is the drive bad?
or
3) Is the interface card bad?

The hard drive is an ALPS DRP020A10A. ALPS no longer makes drives, they
were of no help!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
