Do a,"Failsafe" partition and format.
e.g in between removing the partitions and remaking them and then
formatting them re-boot the system fully be tween each operation.Don't
forget to say YES to Enable Large disk support(FAT32)when prompted.
Also in the BIOS make sure the Boot Block Anti-Virus option is
disabled if there is one as the windows install can be balked by this
option.
