William, One of the easiest and my favorite option is to use Amiga Explorer: http://cloanto.com/amiga/explorer/ It works with either a null modem cable or over ethernet. It is very simple to use. You are able to manipulate and copy files directly to or from your Amiga. After you get it installed with a null modem, and if you have an ethernet card you can access it with the Amiga Explorer icon on your desktop like a drive that is attached to your computer.
