We currently have the following opening:

TITLE:  VMS Support Analyst (4580)

LOCATION:  RTP, NC

DUTIES:  Provide day to day and on call support for Open VMS systems.
Provide support for VMS Pathworks.  Experience providing technical
support in a large, complex, and demanding environment, three to five
years technical support experience with VMS.  Good oral and written
communication skills.  Self motivated, works well as part of a team
and independently, good documentation skills, WILLING TO WORK LONG AND
ODD HOURS, provide 7x24 on call support on a rotating basis, and
experience responding to client requests and trouble tickets.

REQUIREMENTS:  5 years experience, VMS, VAX and ALPHA clusters,
Pathworks, DCL, volume shadowing, HSx disk controllers, PCM, DECnet,
DECnet/OSI, SLS, TCP/IP, and experience with printer set up and
management.
