TITLE:  Level I HelpDesk Support 

LOCATION:  Winston-Salem, NC

DUTIES:  Help Desk Call Specialist to provide 1st level
troubleshooting over the phone.  Basic desktop troubleshooting skills
required.  Must be proficient in Windows 95, Netscape and Lotus Notes.
