We currently have the following opening:

TITLE:  Desktop Support Specialist (4584)

LOCATION:  RTP, NC

DUTIES:  Provide technical support and problem managment to IS
personnel for issues affecting the standard desktop components.  Liase
as appropriate with application owners and/or vendors to escalte and
resolve issues.

REQUIREMENTS:  3-5 years experience, technical proficiency in Windows
NT Workstation and MS Office Suite including Exchange and Outlook,
Windows NT workstation and application configuration, understanding of
desktop migration/upgrade issues, including file capability, templates
and macros.  Microsoft SMS knowledge.  Network protocol knowledge and
concepts.
