The obvious reason there are more returns showing  NO federal come taxes 
during the Bush years is that there are significantly more families 
being pushed into poverty.

Then again, these same families are paying FICA, sales & property taxes 
- typically at a much higher percentage of income vs the wealthy.

Care again to quote just how many pay "NO" taxes?

Hint - federal income taxes are only about 1/3 of total taxes.
