Nope...you have to call their 800 number so they can track and charge the
credit card account.  Be thankful they only rounded up.  I know someone that
got another companies card and they were billed from the second they entered
the card number, so their 60 minute card was really worth maybe 40 minutes
of talk time.  The card I found worth the money is put out by Sprint, bought
at Costco.  Seems the billing time is actual talk time, does not include
connect time, busy signal or any other non-talk time.  Give that one a try.
