I would just cancel your long distance carrier all together and use 1010
numbers that do not change monthly fees.

No monthly fees, no minimum talk time, just 10 cents a minute.

Calls are 10 cents a minute except for in state calls in Texas which is 15
cents a minute. Probably thanks to SWB.

I have a Sprint PCS phone and get 620 minutes a month for about $35 WITH tax
and can call anywhere in Texas for no additional charges (no LD fees). (500
of those minutes are off-peak though). Sounds like a great deal for people
who call a lot within Texas though.
