When one get through I act as if I am ready to but and then tell then another call came in. I put them on hold and resume whatever I was doing.. After a few minutes I tell them to please hold. A few minutes later I ask if many people hang up. I tell them those people are doing them a favor and their worst enemy is someone like me who prevents them from making other calls. The reactions range from angry cursing to crying. -- To reply via e-mail please delete 1 c from paccbell
