I guess the moral of the story is that if you want to win a war on terror then you gotta break some laws. Of course, you can't actually 'win' such a war because there is always going to be another terrorist, even if you have to train them yourself. Anyone else have more frugal torture techniques? I hear that stun guns are popular method of "questioning" people here in the United States. It's not considered torture unless they die on you, maybe not even then. Anthony
