After I posted the previous article, my house was struck by lightning, turning my DSL modem into a slag heap. God was probably censoring me. More response to your response later. Mostly questions, to see if I really do have it backwards. Or ass-backwards. Or whatever. First, I have to reconfigure my router and surge-protect the new DSL terminal. I hope I am mistaken, because: Unless I really did read you wrong, it is immensely discouraging to see Usenet participants supporting arbitrary "standards" of speech. Not long after posting the original article, I listened to a podcast interview with a female writer in Turkey who currently faces a three-year prison term for "anti-Turkish" writing; her book frankly discusses the historically factual Turkish genocide against the Armenians. I hope she didn't leave out any profanity.
