I am having problems transmitting FAXes to users of those automated switching boxes. These boxes allow one phone line to be switched between an answering machine and a FAX machine. I have no problems transmitting FAXes to machines directly connected to their own phone line. From talking to a couple of owners of these things, they have been notified of problems as well by others. My FAX machine is basically is a FAX modem w/ software contained in my computer. Both FAX modems are Group 2. One FAX modem is the Telebit WorldBlazer w/ FAX ROMS. The other FAX modem is my Frecom FAX modem card. Both have worked successfully except in the above case. Is there anything that I could do to correct situations such as this? (i.e. a solution) Thanks.....
