Hello, I am looking for PC or Unix maintenance software for a Fujitsu Essence E600 ISS PABX. I am looking for software that will perform the following tasks: 1) Extension number / Line Equipment Number swaps 2) Speed dial number allocation 3) Configuration dumps 4) Set internal date/time clock This software would communicate with the PABX over a PABX serial control port. If fujitsu does not make it are there 3rd party applications that are available?. Or, has anyone written their own that they can share with me? Many thanks.. - Richard Frost /v\otorola Australia Software Centre -----------== Posted via Deja News, The Discussion Network ==---------- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Discuss, or Start Your Own

Back several years ago I had a "front end" that simplified the administration of a NEC 2400 by using a menu/form. The data sent to the switch by the program was the same as you would have sent using the raw command line format. William "Bill" Brownlow "While my employer has their opinions, I have mine. Hello, I have never connected our software to a Fujitsu Switch. Like Bill said, most are some type of VT100. Our software (Unix based) can connect different types of PBX's and voicemail serers and provide central alarming and cut-through access. http://www.tonesoft.com/~lwr/telecommunicationsmanagement.htm for an overview.
