I can't comment on your specific allegations, but it is true that whenever I read some article about predatory practices by banks, Bank of America is at the top of the list. For example, Bank of America pioneered the practice of processing transactions largest-first (rather than in chronological order) so that if you overdrew your account the bank would get maximum fees. Nothing would surprise me from that bank. I am a Bank of America customer, by the way. DFC
