Housekeeping Shift Coordinator, Manager

Our client, the nation�s leading facility support organization is
seeking a proven leader.

The candidate maintains a high quality standard in housekeeping
services by training, supervising, and motivating the staff to ensure
all schedules are complete. Directs institutional housekeeping program
to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of establishment by
performing the following duties personally or through subordinate
supervisors.

Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in
cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial or other
establishments. Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work
for conformance to standards. Issues supplies and equipment. Resolves
employee problems or refers matters to the Facility Manager or the
Assistant Facility Manager.

Trains new workers, records hours worked, recommends discharge of
incompetent employees, and performs other personal duties as required.
May submit requests for repair of equipment. May requisition or
purchase cleaning supplies and equipment. May perform some duties of
Employees supervised. Routinely exercises discretion and independent
judgment. Regularly supervises the work of two or more full-time
employees.
