Director, Manager of Environmental Services

seeking a proven leader. The successful candidate will have
demonstrated management experience in plant operations/maintenance
(POM) including oversight responsibility for facility maintenance,
housekeeping, and grounds programs.

Specific duties or responsibilities include:

Provide leadership to a diverse employee team
Manage the activities of the POM, housekeeping, and grounds keeping
crews.
Keep all departmental spaces to include POM work and supply area,
housekeeping supply, and administrative spaces in accordance with
accepted standards of cleanliness and appearance.
Keep all equipment clean, labeled, and in good repair
Encourage personal growth of all direct reports through periodic
evaluation and review.
Develop a stable, competent workforce through proper screening of all
applicants and proper training.
