Well, maybe it is just you? But I think we expect too much. After all,
we do think with a pound or so of gray pink goo. Our thought processes
may arguably have been designed to help us find food and avoid becoming
food. It may be just too much to ask that we make anything resembling
sense. Any way, what do you mean losing? Haven't you studied history? No
body with any sense would have placed a bet, even with very good odds,
that we would get this far without doing ourselves in.
