 Here's an idea...

Definition: Filk Music: Music relating to science, science fiction,
               fantasy, or horror.

Premise: Filk needs more exposure in order to be taken seriously.

 Observation: Radio gives exposure.
Observation: Filk doesn't get much radio airplay.
Observation: It's hard to find the stations that DO play filk, even
               occasionally!
Observation: No-one has, to my knowledge, ever compiled a list of
               stations that DO play filk.
Observation: We don't even know who to send demo tapes to to get them
played, and can't afford to send them everywhere!

Conclusion: Something needs to be done about this.

Solution: Compile a listing of radio stations that program filk.

Problem: I believe these are going to be small public stations,
for the most part, and no one person is going to be able
               to listen to every station.
Solution: Have interested, knowledgeable parties submit information
to a single compiler, who will then re-post that info.

OK, then. Below is the info needed for this list. Please complete the form
if you have knowledge of ANY radio station that programs even an hour a
week of "our" music... or uses such music on other programs.

Please note: Dr. Demento is NOT a filk program, though he sometimes plays
some filk. He's syndicated out of California, and is not one of the local
 people we're looking for.

If you have knowledge of stations OUTSIDE of the US and Canada that play
Filk, please pass it along, too!
