The owner of a Northside group home now stands accused of abusing and a patient... and stealing the man's identity. 37 year old Sean Pittman faces charges of patient abuse and taking the identity of another. Court documents accuse Pittman of repeatedly punched and slapping a man at Sunshine Home on Chambers Street. The abuse allegedly took place during a period of five years. Pittman also is accused of stealing the man's identity to set up accounts with Duke Energy and Time Warner Cable. Pittman reportedly ran up more than $6000 in debt in the patient's name.
