Robert Brock will be arraigned at the Hamilton County Courthouse on charges of failing to comply with police and obstruction Monday morning. This follows a weekend chase on the west side.

Sunday afternoon, officers tried pulling Brock over in the East Price Hill area for open warrants. Police say he didn't stop and drove to an apartment building on Grand Avenue. That's where climbed onto to the roof and then a balcony. He went inside an apartment and told police he just wanted to say goodbye to his girlfriend and daughter before giving himself up. He reportedly then was taken into custody without incident.
