Cincinnati Police make an arrest in a summer homicide. Police say 20 year-old Jashawn Johnson killed a man this past August in North Fairmount.

39 year-old Michael Doelter Irizarry was found shot off Sunny Hill Drive. He was found suffering from a gunshot wound in a back yard.

After being taken to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.

It's still not clear what led up to the violence and how Johnson is tied to the crime. Johnson will be arraigned on the murder charge this morning.
