Ernest Lee Manery is accused of raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old girl in Boone County. Officials say they are still investigating the case with the belief that Manery may have more underage victims. Manery will be arraigned Wednesday on three new counts of first degree sex abuse with a victim under the age of 12. He also has a pre-trial conference Wednesday for three counts of first degree rape with a victim under the age of 12, three counts of first degree sodomy with a victim under the age of 12, and three counts of sexual abuse with a victim under the age of 12. He pleaded not guilty to those charges in February. During that hearing, Boone County prosecutors told a judge more charges against Manery were pending involving a second victim. Manery is a registered sexual predator in Ohio. Manery has an arraignment hearing and a pre-trial conference Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Boone County Justice Center.
