A local man named "Cowboy" is facing charges after allegedly pulling a gun on a woman and threatening to shoot her.

Police were looking for "Cowboy Jones Junior" since Tuesday.

Angela Ingram explains how the victim help police find the man.

She called the police Thursday after she spotted Jones and saw her picture on his sweatshirt.

The picture of her on the back of his grey hooded sweatshirt shows the victim in a sex act with a disparaging slang word under the picture. 

She told police that Jones was showing her picture and telling people if they saw her to kill her. 

Police call "Cowboy Jones Junior's" sweatshirt and the circumstances surrounding his arrest unusual.

The victim also says since Jones was walking around with her cell number on his sweatshirt, she got numerous phone calls from people.

Only Local 12 was there when police arrested him on 13th Street in Over-the-Rhine.

Sgt. Michael Williams of the Cincinnati Police commented on the charges, saying, how the possession of drugs is a felony where the drug paraphernalia is a misdemeanor. 

"Her name and phone number were on there; the shirt actually. We confiscated the shirt because it's part of evidence for court," said Williams.

Officers found a bag of marijuana while searching Jones and his car.
