I want to make a program in TP7.0 for dos, to use the modem to dial a
number. And if the number isnt a computer it should hang up. I want to use
this to look up a number, if it is a computer that answers or a human.
Please help me... If anybody have a unit that uses the modem please send it
to me, if you have it please send the source code of the unit please...

   Jimbo, the desperation shown by your multiple postings for this
information is more than enough to get the knowledgeable and experienced
folks here really annoyed at you. That's quite apart from the malevolent
nature of what this application implies - another "red flag" to most of
us in these newsgroups.
   The point? Well, it's that your request (every one of 'em) comes
across in a most negative way: it's pretty clear you're trying to do some
nasty things with your free time and your resources. Can't you find
something useful and productive to do with your computer and compiler?
(Most of us have found ways to do so...)  8<}}

   Actually not - "Netiquette" doesn't imply (such) private
communications; replies are meant to be public, so all can "benefit" from
what we're offering.
