Um, yeah right. I can see a proggie like Office '97 going for half price
just
because people stopped Pirating. Get a clue. Are people who use pirated
or
cracked software really robbing the industry? Probably not. It's not
really
a matter of "Well, I would go out and buy the software but since I can
get
it for free, I won't worry about it." It's usually "I don't really want
this
enough to buy it, but since it's here, might as well use it." :)
As a case in point, I am only a starving college student who couldn't
afford
the $100+ for Office 97 even if I wanted to. I think that most people
who
pirate wouldn't buy the software anyway, so what difference does it
make?
