Dcc filetransfers... always timing out

Hi,

Anyone has the same probs? I've always traded bigtime using Hawkee Pro
2.5 but since like one week whenever someone connects to my Fserver,
the DCC acknowledge times out (and timeout is set at 5 minutes)
I've test quite some servers, all of the have the gave the same
result.
It used to hardly ever happen before... therefore, has anyone had the
same probs? Is is a general irc-server prob?
