Sound Card IRQ Conflict?

I am having problems getting my sound card to work. Its a PnP ISA CMI8330,
pretty standard, but getting it to work under LINUX (RH6.2) is a problem.

My resources are pretty much fully allocated under Windows, I have a ISA
Modem, PCI Network Card, AGP Video, and the sound card.

And I'm running 4 IDE Devices, which is obviously eating the DMA channels.

Can someone please help?

Even general info about allocating system resources, and resolving conflicts
under LINUX would be a great help.
