There's something wrong with your installation. Two possibilities occur to
me:

1) Your Linux partition type is mis-labeled. Use Linux's fdisk to change
   the partition type codes of all Linux partitions to 0x83 (Linux
   filesystems) or 0x82 (Linux swap).
2) You may have some unpartitioned space left on the hard disk that
   Windows is interpreting as a blank partition, or some sort of
   corruption in your partition table.
