I'm still using RedHat 4.1 - i see little reason for going to 5.0 at the moment
due to problems people are experiancing..
but i'd like to add, i also have found Linux to be more powerful than WIn95
in a number of ways
not that i'd even both comparingthe two :)
after all Win95 isnt really an OS :)
Ive used Linux since Auguest 1996 when I first got a PC of my own, as
I previously owned an Amiga, I wanted the best OS on the PC so Linux was my first choice after using UNIX on many other systems such as Sun SPARC's,
IBM RS6000's AIX, and BSDI 2.2
I think Linux is a very capable OS, and is forever gathering support..
so if yer considering moving from Linux, give it another chance.
Once working it doesnt need to be tweaked (ive been running version 2.0.31 of the kernel for 6 months, after iupgraded to 2.0.32 and 2.0.33 finding them to be
querky so i dropped back) :)
well. thats my babble for the day :)
