Hi,

I have a problem with KDE 2.2 running on Redhat 7.1.
When I add a file to /Desktop or install a new program, KDE2.2 does not 
update those changes immediately, i.e. no new file appear in Desktop area 
even after Refreshing Desktop and no icon of newly installed program in the 
Menu. This didn't happen before with KDE 2.1. I can only get it updated if 
I log out and log in again. Is there a setting to fix this?
