Hi There ... I was wondering if you would know where I can find sample code
to verifiing /etc/passwd and returning TRUE or FALSE ... I have a webpage
where you enter the username and password the username is stored in
cgivars[1] and password is cgivars[3] (the cgi is in C language) ... I have
been searching everywhere for code that checks /etc/passwd but cannot find
any =( ... it is for a time checking facilty for an ISP. Mabey there is a
better way? (5000 users) ... if there is a better way could someone could
point me to it .. thanks!!

This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------E9DB4C37D670993DCF26C55B Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit You might want to check the Samba sources. I seem to remember something in there like that. It was quite some time ago though. I could easily be wrong. Jamie Orzechowski wrote: > > Hi There ...
