Hey all,

I need help with this BRILLIANT quote I remember seeing about 5-6 years ago
someplace. I can't remember the whole quote, or who came up with it.

It went something (very very vaguely) like this :

The computer programmer is the ultimate controller of (can't remember the
rest of this line).
In all history, no general or commander has ever had more control over such
unswerving troops as the programmer..

The only words I know for sure that were in this quote were "programmer",
"general", "troops", and "unswerving". I know it was quoted from some
computer mag a long time ago. And I tried searching for it all over the net
and couldn't find it.

Any help greatly appreciated.
