This type of stuff usually doesn't interest me much, but I found many of the images here from Jurek Nems rather striking/inspiring: http://www.jn66.com/ Most of them obviously involve significant re-working, but there are a few that appear to be close to straight-from-camera. Odd navigation - scroll the images at bottom, then choose different galleries at left. I don't often spend more than five minutes at a site, but he had me for quite a bit longer.

Extraordinary. Beautiful. Inspiring!

I don't know who Jurek Nems is, but his/her work is very interesting. 21th century superimposed on 19th century--some would make great illustrations for 19th c. gothic fiction. I could almost see Jack the Ripper lurking in the background, to move up to late 19th. Allen

Visually captivating, but definitely over the wall v. 'photography'. There were only a few of the color ones that seemed largely unedited. The B&W series (L2) has more 'less manipulated' images. Wow! I love his work. Something you don't see every day. The navigation is really somehow odd, though.
